As the silly season draws to a close and you start to assess the damage, you may want to factor in some type of conditioning. You’ll be glad to know that we’re here for you and we’ll only be closed for the public holidays, but our classes and open gym times will follow a different schedule to the regular one. Some of our coaches will be working through if you are seeking personal training or group PT, get in touch with us if you’d like to know more about that.
