Hayden Whyte is our Best on Ground for April. Hayden is one of our LTAD athletes and has progressed tremendously through every new program which is attributed to his management of several training commitments – gym and field training, and football matches. He is now performing complex lifts with ease and getting stronger every week. More importantly, Hayden is also having a pretty successful season on the field by playing 90 minutes consistently in the u20s FQPL and sometimes backing up in two games in a weekend. He even managed to score a top bins banger on the weekend (his words not ours). Congratulations Hayden, keep up the good work!
