From the moment Keaton experienced his first arm pump, he knew that someday he would find a home in a gym and the strength and conditioning industry.
Keaton’s passion for fitness has been present throughout his life accentuated from years of playing football and rugby, through which he got his first taste of strength and conditioning. With love at first sight locking eyes with a barbell across the weight room, fitness soon became an internal drive that became a part of his everyday life and soon after a career aspiration.
Keaton completed his ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Course in 2019 and is currently studying Clinical Exercise Physiology at QUT. Having completed placement for university at Hammer Athletic, he soon realised the potential Hammer could provide to expand his knowledge under the tutelage of industry professionals. Exposure to a diverse combination of tried and true methods alongside the latest training philosophies posed a perfect stepping-stone in his career to further his development as a coach.
Keaton prides himself on facilitating people to be the best version of themselves both in and out of the gym. He will drive you to achieve your goals whether it entails strength, hypertrophy, sporting performance or weight loss as he instills, “nothing truly great ever came from a comfort zone.”
