Chris Cooper
Chris is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who works in strength, power & athletic development, injury prevention & rehabilitation.
Introduction
From a young age Chris was heavily involved in a number of different sports such as Football, Futsal, Touch Football and Cricket, and so a job in this industry was only fitting.
Chris completed his Diploma of Fitness back in 2011 and soon realised that there was much more to this industry that he needed and wanted to know. With this thirst for knowledge, the next step to further his career was the completion of his Bachelor’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology at QUT.
Chris has had the opportunity to work with a number of clients who have had vastly different goals and requirements ranging from general health and weight loss, to injury rehab and sports performance. Chris prides himself on ensuring that each client under his supervision/guidance is being looked after based on their individual requirements and individual goals!
“The day we stop learning, is the day we start dying” is a quote that Chris truly believes in and lives by. Whether it’s learning something new to apply towards a client or trying to better someone’s understanding of the ‘how and why’ in a program, you will be sure to know that something is being taught and learnt every session!
