Learn to Lift
This class is for anyone who wants to move better and improve their gym IQ.
Each week your coach will have a key exercise or series of exercises they want to teach our members. They will go through regressions of the exercise in order to help anyone perfect a movement. What this achieves is instead of just churning and burning through intense sessions, it allows each and every member a chance to improve their Gym IQ.
The higher the Gym IQ the more advanced the sessions, the more advanced the sessions, the more options when it comes to how you train. Thus, allowing you to achieve bigger more demanding movements (higher calorie killing) at the same time adding variety and increasing your knowledge repertoire.
