Our intermediate muscle gain program is broken down into a 3-session per week format. In this format, we do not go into a traditional split body part routine as some bodybuilding programs may implement.
Here we use a modified conjugate style program where compound lifts are constantly done with specifically designed sequences in each program. This allows us not only to develop strength but implement high amounts of cross-sectional microdamage, and an upregulation of the relevant anabolic hormones (Growth hormone, IGF-1, Testosterone, etc) which is the precursor to all muscle gain.
The sequence of exercises couple with the specific rest times plus some tricks of the trade all together combine in this program to get maximum results with longevity and adherence in mind.
