Our muscle gain programs are delivered as either a 3 or 5 session per week format depending on your individual goals and commitment.
Here we use a modified conjugate style program where compound lifts are constantly done with specifically designed sequences in each program. This allows us not only to develop strength but implement high amounts of cross-sectional microdamage, and an upregulation of the relevant anabolic hormones (Growth hormone, IGF-1, Testosterone, etc) which is the precursor to all muscle gain.
The sequence of exercises couple with the specific rest times plus some tricks of the trade all together combine in this program to get maximum results with longevity and adherence in mind.
The assumption of a high strength capacity is needed to take on such an extensive training regime. Here, not only do we implement multiple compound exercises designed in carefully planned circuits, supersets or even on their own multiple times a week. We also culminate isolated exercises with the compound exercises in certain ways that upregulate lactic acid in the local musculature aiding anabolic conditions imperative for muscle growth.
This is all done with the next program in mind, so you continue to build on top of what we have achieved through each phase. Nothing is done without further thought of continued overload and improvement.
