This program takes on much the same as the intermediate format with a few exceptions. The assumption of a high strength capacity is needed to take on such an extensive training regime. Here, not only do we implement multiple compound exercises designed in carefully planned circuits, supersets or even on their own multiple times a week. We also culminate isolated exercises with the compound exercises in certain ways that upregulate lactic acid in the local musculature aiding anabolic conditions imperative for muscle growth.
This is all done with the next program in mind, so you continue to build on top of what we have achieved through each phase. Nothing is done without further thought of continued overload and improvement.
We are not reinventing the wheel all this has been researched and studied and we are just delivering it in a way that has continually worked in our long experience in this industry.
