This isn’t about undoing a weekend in a day. It’s about rebuilding habits and performance over four structured weeks.

PROGRAM DETAILS
4-Week Commitment Includes:
- ZERO alcohol for 28 days (non-negotiable… well a little negotiable caveat below)
- Comprehensive initial assessment
- Customised nutrition parameters
- Weekly accountability checklists
- Periodised training schedule
- Access to all Strength & Conditioning classes
- Four once a week “Smash Sessions” at various Townsville locations. Day and time to be determined.
Program Structure:
- Week 1: Baseline establishment and discipline
- Week 2: Progressive overload and adherence
- Week 3: Intensity increase and metabolic focus
- Week 4: Performance, and adaptation and measurement
IS THIS FOR YOU?
This program requires you to:
- Commit to zero alcohol for 28 days
- Caveat: you can earn 1 alcohol day/event details on this on registration!
- Be able to run and handle varied terrain (hills, stairs, sand)
- Submit to weekly accountability checks
- Accept exercise and financial penalties for non-compliance
- Complete all Sunday sessions
If you’re looking for a gentle introduction or can’t fully commit, this program isn’t for you.

IMPORTANT DATES
- Registration Deadline: Wednesday 23rd April
- Assessments & Questionnaires: To be completed by the 24th of April
- Program Start: Sunday 27th April
- Program Conclusion: Sunday 18th of May
- The last scan will be two weeks after the conclusion of the F.A.T Reset to encourage adherence post-clinic
