Are you bored with your training? Feeling a bit flat lately? Need a challenge? If you are tired of your current training regime and same-old-same class formats why not give Hammer Athletic a crack?

We don’t promise quick fixes, and we don’t have a sauna or anything fancy like that, but we can promise you this: you will get results with us. Try us out for 7 days and you’ll get unlimited access to conditioning classes and two sessions with a qualified coach. This could be the start of something amazing. And remember if you’re not convinced, no harm, no foul. We understand. We’re not for everyone.

For $22 you will receive

Personal Training Session

To kick things off you’ll get a 1 on 1 session with a qualified strength & conditioning coach. During this session your coach will:

+ Introduce you to our facility and you you settled with our layout;
+ Conduct a structural screening to determine competency and identify imbalances;
+ Figure out why you’re here and how to get to where you need to be.

Unlimited Conditioning Classes

For 7 days you’ll get full access to our conditioning timetable to get along to as many sessions as you can handle. With over 12 sessions to choose from including:

+ Rip in like Rambo (HIIT)
+ Energy system training
+ Metabolic resistance training
+ Licorice Allsorts
+ Off-Feet Conditioning

Athlete Manual

Our Hammer Athlete Manual will get you on the straight and narrow with your training and includes:

+ Nutrition information;
+ Mobility and flexibility drills;
+ 10 x high intensity interval sessions
+ 10 x energy system training sessions.
